Hawaii Vacation Rentals

In addition to helping people buy and sell their own piece of paradise, we also provide vacation rentals. We have been in the vacation rental business since 1993 and in fact were a pioneer in vacation rentals on the internet. Most of our first guests were computer programmers as the internet had not yet caught on with the general public.

Hawaii called out to Steve and he moved to here fulltime in 1996. His property manager retired and Steve took over management of her properties in addition to his own. He always referred to his oceanside cottage as his piece of paradise and that became the name of his company. A Piece of Paradise specialized in vacation homes in the Kapoho area of Hawaii's Big Island. In 2010 Steve sold A Piece of Paradise and focused on real estate sales. Because his specialty is vacation properties he chose Hawaii Second Homes as the name of his new company.

The Waikiki Banyan is one of the most liked and best located buildings in Waikiki. It has great amenities (swimming pool, jetted hot tubs, sauna, tennis court, basketball, barbecues, convenience store, coffee shop, snack bar).

Our 1 bedroom/1bath unit has great views of Diamond Head and the blue Pacific, a lanai (balcony), free parking and wi-fi, all linens and a fully equipped kitchen.
