I am a real estate investor, Hawaii-licensed real estate broker and vacation rentals specialist based in Honolulu, Hawaii. I have owned and managed vacation rental and resort properties on Hawaii Island and Honolulu since 1992.
Hawaii is my favorite place on earth. I love the weather. I love the water. I love the hula. I love the aloha.
I also love helping people buy and sell real estate as they pursue their dreams, many of which are similar to my dreams that have already come true.
Second Homes, Vacation rentals, income properties are my specialty.
I am lucky, too, that my better half, Iku Horita, works with me in our business. Iku is from Tokyo and is a native Japanese speaker. She is a master at finding good deals. And fun to be around!
